Have a look at vpnuk.net. Sign up for their free trial (only requires email address). I use this for connections that I'm not too worried about and I asked their live chat if they stored logs - they said they did not. Once the trial period has run out just get another free email address (mail.com) and sign up again....easy! I tend to just make sure I do not set up an account from the same IP address twice.
Hope this helps.

There's always cracked versions of paid VPN's but ya have to be careful with that. Viruses and shit.

You will not get a good free VPN. Use Tor if that's what you want.

Sorry to put it in this way but I think what you're looking for doesn't really exist. Only the good VPN's are paid, especially for torrenting you won't find anything worth it that doesn't log unless you pay.

Hey man if you want a secure VPN buy one.
I have seen so many threads here on Sinister.ly asking people the exact same questions. I'm going to do some research after my exams and figure this out for all of you guys.
You can use OpenVPN, it's very limited though. You can also download through TOR, but probably half of the time you'll have a shitty download speed, because that's just how TOR is.
If you're looking for a cheap VPN you can check out PIA (Private Internet Access). They do not keep logs and are reasonably cheap.
It also depends how secure you exactly want to be. Like, do you want to hide your IP or do you want to make sure no logs whatsoever are being kept, because that stuff is important. Just for torrenting you don't need a that secure VPN (this depends on your location though).
