Parrot is @ the top of my list. I tend to favor Debian based distros.

I don't have enough experience with Linux, so I'll have to say Windows 10. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to to say something other than that.

You're very much switched on and adapt to changes quite easily, therefore I honestly believe you'll have very little Issues If you migrate to Linux.
I went as far as BackTrack a few years ago and because I love working with the command-line Interface, I found BT to be very easy to work with.

Yes, I enjoyed It very much and still have It Installed on a dedicated physical system (not a VM).
If I ever find the time to Install and properly navigate It's features, even though Kali Linux Is the successor to BackTrack (correct me If I'm wrong, but I believe It Is), I'll see what Kali has to offer.

I've read mixed reviews on Kali, probably more so positive than negative.
In my experience, BackTrack was very stable with minimal Issues.

Everyday use? Windows 7. Not a piece of shit like Windows 8, 10. And run's .exe's natively. All there is to it.

I love both OS X and Windows. I like OS X because of the design and simplicity. Windows because of gaming, and how large it is.
Currently using OS X Yosemite on my Macbook and Windows 10 on my desktop. My favorite Windows OS is 7, and OS X would be Yosemite or Snow Leopard.
