I agree with mothered, i've used PIA as my goto VPN for a few years now and it's been great. You also have the option of paying with GiftCards, which may not be as anonymous as Bitcoin perse but still a valid option

Cash is the best way most def. You can also accomplish this with BTC when using mixers, etc.

Giftcards can be tracked as far as what purchases are made by the same card, but if you but a giftcard with cash or BTC, then it's hard for them to trace back to you.
