I'd definitely give it away. Wouldn't be able to make people pay to live to see another day. It's inhumane.

It honestly depends, I'd give it away for free or for a minimal cost to cover the cost of creating the cure. However there was that stiry of that man who had a cure and sold it for huge money, but I don't blame him because he said quite rightly that if he gave it away for free, the next product in development would and could of taken decades to be released, which could of been the next cancer cure for example. So it's kind of a tricky thing.

If I, single handedly found the cure to cancer, I'd have no way to mass produce it. So I'd sell it to the government on a contract that they have to mass produce it and give it out for free.

But why would they want to mass produce it then give it out for free? From a business standpoint they'd be losing money

Well, if you've found the cure for cancer you'd better not alert anyone of it; you'd have a lot of people trying to get it from you or kill you for it. Cancer is a good money source, all the bills that people have to pay from it; ridiculous.

What I would do; is find varying companies from around the globe and sell it to them; but then I'd go and release it to the public. With the money that I made selling it to the other companies, I myself mass-produce it and give it out for free.

I go and screw a few companies that are trying to make money off of someone's life, while I also help save said life for free. Of course I'd be doing all of that under heavy anonymity networks and never revealing personal info. Except routing numbers of a fake bank which I then transfer the funds received to my personal bank.

I'd sell it, most of us here aren't capable of supporting a charity so you will need money somehow and relying on donations isn't as stable as just selling it.
