I collect hotel note pad paper from every hotel I stay at. Usually they say the location :3

The only thing I ever kind of collected was pokemon cards as a kid. Like the original 150 (not sure if I ever had them all). - I still have that collection in the attic at our other house we rent out, they're probably worth a lot now I might go get them one day haha.

Some weird things people I know do:

Brother collected coins - This was when he was really young and went to scouts club or w.e its called.

Mum - Buys fridge magnets - Not just randomly, it's like when they go on vacation to another country she'll try to get a fridge magnet for each location they went too. I don't find this weird though actually, it's something to remember the trip I guess.

Mums friend - £2 coins - If she gets £2 coin in her change she wont spend it, she'll take it hope and add it to her collection. No joke she must have close to £10k now, it's fucking crazy the amount she has. Her husband also wont spend the £2 change because she'll bitch at him, instead he'll bring it home and give it to her lol

My buddy - Lighters - I don't mean expensive ones. I mean ANY lighter, even the throw away ones you can get 10 for £1 in the pound shop lol. He has 1000's in draws, on his desk, around his apartment. He smokes a lot of weed and when we was younger we would only have like 1 or 2 lighters between us and it would suck if they both blew/stopped working. So since then he's just had 1000's of lighters laying around, even ones that don't work don't get thrown away as he could use the flint to spark another that has gas but no flint, weird af since he earns a decent wage and could afford to buy new ones daily if he had too lol
