As the title says, my girlfriend apparently got RATed. She's not sure if it's on her phone or PC, but several people sent her things that she sent me to her on Snapchat, saying she messaged them. Coming home to your girlfriend crying over this isn't exactly grand, so can anyone gives tips on the following:
- How can I find said pictures and see if they were uploaded online, she isn't sure if they were or not.
- How can the RAT(s) be removed from Win10 (Microsoft's Official Virus) as well as Android.
- Possibly find out the person who did this, whether by finding info from the RAT or any other possible way. Clueless as to who. 
- Also, do you think I would face charges should I find the person who did it and physically harm them. They distributed child pornography as well as infected a PC.

If you girlfriend uploads naked pictures of herself online that's a bit weird. But anyway you probably shouldn't go to fight the guy or whatever and just report them since it will make his plead of innocence easier if it gets to that.

2. Antivirus, unless its FUD, then turn off the WIFI on the PC or Phone and backup. Then you can reset to factory settings.

3. There are ways you can reverse engineer to find the person, but if you don't know how I would suggest not doing it.

4. If you find the person, report them, don't harm them.

She said she didn't download anything from anyone expect pictures so, assuming FUD.

The only way I know to see if they're posted online is to reverse search the images. To see who did it, try and look in task manager and look at processes. I believe that was a way to see where your PC is being connected to.

You can see the process in the task manager, yes but if you try to kill it it may not be able to be killed or it will just crash your computer and give you a BSOD.

To see who is connected to your PC is by using Wireshark or shit like that.

The process to remove the malware may be hard if OP's girlfriend got ratted, since the attacker can just interrupt the process.
