I don't think the email servers are set up, so you can just make up an email as verification is needed.

Also on topic, if people just report posts that break the rules that should be enough to get the majority of cancer cured

So to start off with I think having a 1 account per IP system will keep skids out, unless there are 2 members of the family who want to use SBB and in that case must prove not to be a shitposter.
