Future science will probably produce flying cars, flying bicycles, etc.

I'd say something like hover-boards, anything hovering/flying, etc.

Well the list is infinite on what science will be able to produce. One of the biggest things that I am personally hoping to see is the colonization of other planets.

Science will produce science.
If flying is science, then it can be applicable to anything that is adhering to the laws of science.
As another user mentioned above, colonising another planet but also the ability to adapt and reproduce on the planet.

Honestly it's impossible to predict but for the next 40 years i think it will just be improving stuff such as virtual reality and stuff like that. In like 100 years anything can happen.

If someone from 2000 years ago had seen a PC or the internet for that matter, they'd call it magic or hexes. In that same sense, things we see as fairy-tales and unrealistic goals will be reached at some point, at least that is the most logical path to think of it. However, the question is what will come first? Mankind's downfall or this "unrealistic" goal? I believe that the two major steps technology is taking these days are human augmentation and artificial intelligence. Things such as VR are just like touch screens, its another way to interact with media, but it won't be revolutionary for the entire human race in the same manner as say the internet was.
