Someone who scams a scammer to return/help the victim // Discussion #1
What do you guys think of them? Yes, I know that they're still scammers even if they scam for a good purpose, but the main point here isn't that the scam happened for the sake of personal gain, it's to help someone that has been scammed/exploited off of their trust to someone.
Just wanted to know your view of people like them - wanted to know if you hate them because they scammed in general or if you like them because they did it for a good purpose which is helping a victim.

If its helping a victim and causes no extra harm to the person then I don't see a problem with it.

Why would it not be good, there no harm at all but rather the opposite.

It's just the fact that some people still consider the person who tried to help a negative scammer and they tell him that 2 mistakes don't make a right even though s/he was the only one doing the right thing in this situation.

It's something good from my situation, Karma is a bitch, yeah, but scamming is scamming.

Well I don't have these dumb morals so I don't really care if someone scams a scammer

I'd say it'll be OK with scamming the scammer.
Though, scammers are considered "blackhat" & you shouldn't be scamming those insane psychos that can fuck your shit up.
Did you just assume my gender?

It is not ok to scam the scammer, you are yourself doing fraud then too.

I have mixed feelings about this.

In the past I've advised a whole forum to charge back on a scammer but half the forum came at me telling me it was a bad idea and it makes everybody just as bad as the scammer. They would be charging back on legit deals the 'scammer' did so I could see how this was wrong.

Although I do feel that scammers should have karma fuck them in the ass several times over. I would have no problem with somebody scamming a scammer to recover the money for the user who was scammed. If they scam them for personal gain and not to refund the scammed user than it's wrong again.

To be honest, if it wasn't you who got scammed, you should just stay out of it and let the user who got scammed attempt to recover the loss. It's really not hard these days to recover scammed items or money since you can pretty much ruin somebodies life from your computer lol.

Tbh, I've been basically scammed out of loads of money before, I got a story on it somewhere in the lounge, so if someone scammed them, I would not give a single fuck, they deserve it
