No, and I don't pretend to know anything about it. But there are a lot of corrupt people in this world, especially in America, so money can speed up the process. If you buy a house for 1 million, you could give the owner an extra million to just sell it right now, or give the bank or whoever does the deal shit a few million to look the other way. Like I said, I don't pretend to know anything about buying a house, but I do know of the corruption in this world, and the things money can buy.

Hmm yes and no only to an extent it's not worth the trouble and the risk in the long run doing all that just for a house lol.
