I've noticed a few:
- PM and alerts buttons next to the user dropdown are switched
- Alert (and maybe PM) number <span> is offset too high
- Thanks given/received and NSP balance no longer shows up on user stats beside post
- Related, rep and warning level only showing up for myself
- Minor cosmetic thing, but all the gold+ members with custom coloured usernames had them removed

Noticed quote button doesn't highlight like it used to. Also dropdown user menu could look a little cleaner.

Also just noticed that there's no separator between post and signature

What about the tabs ? did you replace them with a normal list or this happened by mistake.

Tagging system not working properly, you used to be able to search users to tag after using the @ symbol now you can't

That's most likely your connection. There's a very small chance it could be PHP taking too long to get the information from the DB, but I highly doubt it.
