So pretty interesting tutorial however I could be wrong here however while in a Voip call with someone you could very easily just for narrowing down the "Noise" just set a parameter to only show UDP packets since UDP is used when dealing with VOIP since some packet loss is acceptable unlike TCP where that is 100% every time. I could be wrong however it is worth looking into maybe =)
