Precisely what happened on my very own forum many years ago.

I ended up disabling the feature altogether. It didn't really serve a constructive purpose.

I never knew you owned a forum. How recently was this, if I may know.

@OP as multiple members stated before, gravedigging would be made so easy if this would be implemented and to avoid that and fixing that would require some time, maybe time that Oni doesn't have.

You certainly may.

This was many years ago, around 4 years and a bit. The community grew quite quickly (180 posts per day on average) almost right from the start. The timing wasn't right on my end, didn't have the time to maintain and commit to It therefore I shut It down a year later.
