It pretty much depends on when you want to connect. If you want to connect in the evening, when most people are home the waiting period will be longer. When you would go online at 6.00 AM in the morning, traffic wouldn't be as much as in the evening, and waiting periods will be shorter.
I wouldn't recommend using CyberGhost anyway. They keep logs, and there are way better VPN's that you can get for free or for a very low price.

What do you suggest? I've heard a lot of good things about PIA from here and elsewhere.

Yeah Private Internet Access is pretty good. I bought their VPN access yesterday for a year and I'm very pleased with it. It's pretty low budget as well. There are some others as well. IPVanish was also pretty good. I don't know what you exactly need it for, but you can also use TOR as a socks5 proxy, or use the program "Torify" to encrypt your connections. It's al lot slower than a VPN though.

I notice that you didn't upgrade yet. I'm running cyberghost 6.0, that will be the issue probably.

Lol I didn't even notice there is a new version Biggrin I guess I'm gonna keep the old one Biggrin They might have changed the domain in the new version. I'm gonna take a look at it when I'm at home. Another version of fasting the waiting process up is using cheatengines speed function. Simply multiply the speed by 500 and the countdown will go down immediately.

Not really no, Cyberghost has updated their program and patched this. You might find another thing you can block in your hosts file, but I doubt it will still work.
