Have any of you made legit Internet friends? How so? How often you do chat with them?

Never seems to last, i chat for maybe a couple of months then they stop replying.

@Ayumi is my only friend on here but I have like 4 other which I known for like 2 or three years better than I have known any other friend irl which is kinda sad.

i dont just got legit internet friends, i got a whole internet tribe that would do anything for me

I think I've only had two real friends over the net. One was from NZ and the other lived in a province next to mine.

I've made some friends that haven't been that long term unfortunately. Although, I've known some people on SL for a long time. I don't know to what extent they would think me a friend as I don't PM them much. I would quite like having internet friends atm as I'm in between moving out of my country and it would suck to get closer to people before I leave - doesn't make a difference with internet friends.

Must admit, Oni probably classified as my internet friend until we started dating years ago. It's awesome to have found him xD

Haven't really made any friends yet, i've talked around and know some people, though. Not sure what you'd consider an 'internet friend'

My brother had a few internet friends he'd meet up with IRL. They were pretty cool, different people from around the world and they still keep contact (they have a FB group) even after they shutdown their forum

definitely a possibility.
