So I got the back-end I.P of a forum of someones on HF by using the Avatar Image Upload, (not my fault he can't secure his shit) and leaked in on his own website).

I have a friend working under cover to get information on what this guy is doing, anyway turns out he's trying to get me done for harassment charges, like a VPS company is going to pass over my IP to a shitty forum, anyway.

Thousands of IPs get published publicly daily, and unless malicious acts were performed as a direct result of the exposed IP, you have nothing to be concerned about.

Dude you're fine. Its hardly a problem but even still, there is hardly a chance the DigitalOcean is going to release your IP. No real reason too.
