Sigh... I don't care who they are or what they look like. I just think males should go to the male bathroom and females should go to their corresponding bathroom, considering that is the intended purpose of sex-specific bathrooms.

If you can clearly tell beyond reasonable doubt that the person who claims to identify as say female is male than obviously they should not be allowed in.. with that said, if a bulk manly looking FtM was in the women's bathroom, I think the same people arguing for "go to the genitalia corresponding with your bathroom" would not be fans of big manly looking females with vaginas in there.

Sexuality could also be a question. I'd assume a lot of MtF are still heterosexual.

Where do you think someone should go after receiving Sexual Reassignment Surgery? Does that change anything for you, or do you think they should still go with the birth parts?

XX chromosomes (with the exception of some reproductive cells) - female
XY chromosomes (with the exception of some reproductive cells) - male

People that go so far as to chop off and/or add to their genitalia just to deceive the opposite sex and be seen as something they're not should just kill themselves.

@"typhoid"

This isn't a winnable debate, no one really wants to compromise, so there is no point in trying to get the other side to budge.

If you can somehow disprove that XX chromosomes are only found in females (with the exception of some reproductive cells and deformities) and XY chromosomes are only found in males (with the exception of some reproductive cells and deformities), please feel free to do so. I'd rather you defend your point than sit there and act knowledgeable because you can throw insults at what I stated without further explanation.

Also, good job tagging in your little buddy for help since you obviously couldn't back up your own statement. Ah, this reminds me of the facebook days...

"Kill themselves" is just harsh.

Perhaps it was extreme, but I was using it to get my point across. I dislike those people strongly.

I fail to see how this argument proves anything... That's like justifying segregated bathrooms in the Jim Crow south by saying "well if it didn't make a difference where black and white people shit, then we wouldn't have segregated bathrooms in the first place".

You could also say a few years ago that "if it didn't make a difference what sex two people getting married are, then gay marriage wouldn't be illegal in the first place".

I know you like to think of yourself as a super logical intellectual teenager, but this is really a pathetic argument.

...and you suggested that the people who don't share your opinion have "stage-4 autism". Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

(05-18-2016, 02:01 AM)meow Wrote: Either way, again, if it didn't matter we wouldn't have gendered bathrooms in the first place. One sex has a penis, the other has a vagina. They use the bathroom differently, in addition to the majority of people being naturally attracted to the opposite sex. If having separated bathrooms really didn't matter and all bathrooms were unisex (or we had bathrooms where someone can enter cause they "identify" as something else) then bathrooms would be a hotspot for fapping and sex.

Again, idk why you think that just because something is a certain way that it is that way for a practical and logical reason. Sure men and women are anatomically different, but why does that mean they cannot share a bathroom? Ok so women can't use a urinal, but anyone can use a stall. Unisex bathrooms can have both stalls and urinals (like mens bathrooms already do) and then the "anatomical problem" is solved.

Also idk why you're acting like people don't already have sex or masturbate in the bathroom. I also fail to see why unisex bathrooms would promote these acts any further either... maybe you could explain this?

Anyway tbh I don't see me changing your mind as you seem particularly opinionated about this subject for whatever reason. Therefore, this will be my last response to this thread. I look forward to you intellectually devastating me with your superior logistical reasoning!

You're comparing my argument which has nothing to do with morals to an argument that's supporting an immoral cause. They aren't the same, sorry. Find a different analogy.

Refer to the above.

I've started to notice a pattern with people like you. Any time someone says something you don't agree with, you like to flame or ironically "compliment" them so that you can look superior to everyone else, and it works for some reason. I haven't called you pathetic or stupid at all (or commented on your arrogance), yet you're lashing out at me - superiority complex maybe?

Quote:...and you suggested that the people who don't share your opinion have "stage-4 autism". Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

Lol, you caught me here. However, I meant that as a joke, not to be taken seriously at all.

You may have deflected the anatomical standpoint, but you failed to mention the natural sexual orientation of humans. I have no doubts that rape rates would go up with unisex bathrooms being the universal and majority standard, not to mention the rates of underage sex in schools.

Quote:Also idk why you're acting like people don't already have sex or masturbate in the bathroom. I also fail to see why unisex bathrooms would promote these acts any further either... maybe you could explain this?

Refer to the above. Two people of the opposite sex that are naturally attracted to one-another being in an enclosed and secluded area where they can't be seen (and in some cases, can't be heard). Hm... I wonder what that's a perfect setting for?

Quote:Anyway tbh I don't see me changing your mind as you seem particularly opinionated about this subject for whatever reason.

Maybe because this matter regards opinionated responses.. have you thought about that yet? Did you know that you also have an opinion? You'll change my mind when you provide valid arguments.
