On a serious note though, I want to go further into Security to secure my work network, I pride myself in what I do but currently I rely on a 3rd party to do our network security.

My only problem is getting the funds to go on courses and obtaining up to date study material, and our company is not able to send me for these types of training.

So this is my challenge at the moment, and besides IT Security is growing at the moment.

Since the days of when I was using the 16 Bit OS being Windows 3.1 back In the early 90s, I was always Interested In manipulating systems and networks.

I was circumventing security, mainly for the fact of penetrating a given entity that was said to be "Unhackable" at the time. Throughout my experience, there's no doubt that any network no matter how big or small, can be compromised- either via technical gateways, human manipulation (SE'ing) or a combination of both.
