So I live in North Carolina where the infamous bathroom bill was passed

and I was at a club (it's not really a club but its what I will refer to it as too have the situation make more sense) (im home now) with like 10 of my best girl friends, and at one point they took my phone out of my hands and they all ran into the girls bathroom and when they came out 10 minutes later they blocked my actual girlfriend on everything (she wasn't there)

Would I be obliged too go get it if this happens again? I mean i didn't, but I wanted too.

So no. You would have to have a police officer, or another person who is female on their birth certificate go in.

Haha they got you good tbh, taking you're phone when it was unlocked and all. But tbh if your in a public place with staff there you shouldn't really go in there, but if you do and explain to a staff member why you did it they might forgive you but give you a stern warning or something.
