It never ceases to amaze me as to how security personnel "select" to operate as they please.

If It was their bike that was stolen, they would've gone through the camera footage frame by frame.
If the thieves didn't anticipate the security cameras, I'm sure they'd be Identified pretty quickly- particularly If they've already got a criminal record. I do hope you get It back.
