Sorry to burst your bubble, buuuuut Oni doesn't do much. The userbars weren't made by him, and the theme isn't even technically his work either. Granted he did do some modifications to it, but that's also over the course of years with the theme.

As far as who made them, it looks like Crow's style, but I know it isn't. It was by someone else, I can't remember their name though.

Yes. I suggested Erudite's services to Oni, based on my previous deals with him and Erudite was hired. There was a thread in the Upgraded Section where the WIP version of all userbars were showcased before Oni used them on-site. Oni along with Erudite worked on finalizing all the designs.

As for the theme, yes Dynaxel did design it. But most of the changes from the stock version to the current ones were done by AFAIK. That includes stuff like plugin and template integration.
