I use discord from time to time on the Reactiflux channel.
Add me up! Although, I think Slack is a little better :p

Discord is similar to Mumble or teamspeak.
Also, If anyone could Hmu with an invite, That would be awesome.

To sum it up, its a Instant Chat Messenger or Instant Messenger like Skype. The difference is that Discord is heavily built on web (with a side application) and also supports different channels within the same server. (Chatrooms under a server for example.)
