I would Purchase a mansion then resell the mansion.
Keep the money + profit.

I would probably save about 20mil and invest the rest in real estate and other stuff.

I've been sitting here for like 10 minutes trying to figure out what the hell I would do with $72.2 million. No need for a job with that much money so I'd probably do every fun rich thing possible after about 10 years and get bored with life.
