Adding boards 08-21-2015, 10:26 PM

When we started with our forum, I remember that there were only 6 boards. But as days passed, our observation told us that we should be expanding the forum by adding more boards to make the subject matter wider. It seems that the more boards, the better. However, too many boards can ruin the visibility and may only confuse the community particularly the newbies.Â
What do you think of the number of boards?

Boards = Subs?
Too many you get LSx
Too few you get a boring ass community.

It depends, before a board is added the administration team should look into if there's enough activity around it.

Once the forum grows and the userbase grows, the activity will demand a new section. I did it myself, started with the most basic ones instead of 'computer gaming' or 'xbox gaming' I just had 'gaming' with the description: "Will be expanded until the activity demands so."
