DON’T CROSS A DUTCHMAN
Being from the good ol’ US of A, we really don’t have much of a concept of the Dutch besides windmills, clogs, and loads of drugs. As far as we know, they’re a super laid back people that just chill in coffee shops all day obtaining the highest of highs. That’s why we were surprised to learn that at one point in time, you didn’t want to fuck with a Dutchman.
How did we learn this? Well, if you peep the game we got for sale today, you’ll see it’s about a giant Dutchman named Pier who was just trying to live the good life when these Saxon dudes were getting all up in his village’s grill. He wasn’t down with that, so he raised an army of farmers. A farmy, if you will. In Cross of the Dutchman, you play as Pier in an action-adventure game where your goal is to save your homeland from asshole invaders. Sounds righteous to us.
We’re not going to spoil the game by telling you what happens next, but it’s based on an actual Dutch legend, so you’ll be getting your learn on while playing, all while paying a ridiculously small amount of coin. How rad is that? So rad.
