Flappy Bird in Super Mario World via glitches/exploits #1
I have no idea if this should go in here as its a Super NES, or should be in some sort of coding thread as he's inputting ASM code, but what the heck, this place seems OK enough so here goes.

Fairly recently, SethBling (Dude who does Minecraft videos, not usually my favorite thing to watch but whatever, he does some cool stuff) was able to manually inject code into a Super NES via a series of glitches/exploits in Super Mario World, ending up with a game of Flappy Bird with Super Mario World graphics on a Super NES.

Here is a short video covering what he did in the ~1 hour stream:

If you watched AGDQ 2014, you may have seen something similar to this via TASBot and some modded controller cables to send inputs. (SethBling mentions it, but heck, may as well mention it in here too.)

TL;DR - A dude injected code into Super Mario World via some glitches 'n stuff

So yeah, I'm a fan of this kind of stuff so I thought it was cool. Thanks for reading.

Woah. Thats insane... its like hes bending the system to his will, using the games built in values to run code is something I didn't think was possible. It just goes to show, nothing is unhackable. Someone will find a way to exploit it.

Sethbling never ceases to amaze me.
Lots of times I don't understand half of what he's saying though. xD

SethBling is an amazing player. He made a working BASIC(least i think it was) system in Minecraft without mods as well.
