Myself as designer can tell that its pretty weak design especially if you have long term experience in design. If your a beginner then its understandable.
What I didn't like was font and gradient. Long shadow works better with Flat style.

it is a flat style -.- im not a beginner but i hardly ever design anymore and it was a quick 5 minute design that i did cuz i was bored
