How to hide secret data in any file 10-10-2015, 05:56 PM

Hi sinisterly,
I will be explaining a very basic tutorial about how you can store data in any file without writing it directly into the file.
What will you need:
- a Windows computer
- Net tools (Click here to go to the downloadpage)
- a brain
Step 1: Download and install Net Tools 5.
Step 2: Pick your random file (mine is a .txt file to prove that it is not written directly to the file)

Step 3: Open up the program and go to "Start --> File Tools --> Hide Secret Data In Any File"

Step 4: Select the file you want to hide data in.

Step 5: Fill in the Data Name (the variable) and the Data Value (the text you want to hide).

Step 6: Press the "Store data" button, this message should pop-up:

To retrieve the data back from the file:
Step 1: Select the file you stored data in.
Step 2: Press the button "Retrieve data" and type in the variable's name in.

Step 3: The result will pop-up in a messagebox.
