uhh. i'm sorry, but do you expect anyone to pay
14.99 + 24.99 + 34.99 + 44.99 + 54.99 = 175$ to become a "diamond" member?
really?
this forum must have a shitload to offer i guess...

I'd agree the prices are a bit steep, but I'm not sure they should be lowered. Seeing as you can purchase upgrades with SP, you can benefit the forum and get recognition for your post work ^^ More posts --> More activity --> More reason to upgrade, and you get points to upgrade with if you post more; it's a good circle ^^

What Cressi said. Even if it's too expensive, you can get upgraded anyway, by contributing content and activity to SL. I have a feeling though, that everything will be adjusted, when the time SL becomes bigger and more active.

Anyone have an insight of the upgraded benefits? Like a review so I could consider upgrading?

It's expensive, but stressing what's been said, you only need gold for all the perks. Platinum and Diamond are for users who want to support the forum more (shiny userbar included).
It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
