General IT work, mostly contracted. I am the IT department for a few small businesses, other than that I do anything from turning screws to writing code.

It's been great so far. I just got out of basic so I haven't been in long enough to form an opinion yet.

I'm in the military. Finally.

I had a friend in the military he was based in South Korea and eventually came back to the US for a visit then got based in California for some computer stuff I am not sure.

Anyways how much allowance do you get to spend on things?. And where are you currently based?.

I do not qualify for the military because of my eye but yet I got a notice in the mail that they wanted me to join and that I had some meeting with them about a year ago. I never went. Actually it was for the marines. It was weird because I never heard of them doing that.

But I am a prepper and survivalist so in a way I still use military skills as I learn them for prepping. Think of preppers as one big global army.

By the way hows them MRE's, delicious aren't they?.

I'll be spending 30 weeks in Ontario for my occupational training (I'm in the Canadian army). Then They'll ship me off to wherever they need me. Right now I have a couple weeks off between courses so I'm at home. I know what preppers are and I've been one since before joining the army.
