I think that downloading x32 might of done something. Idk much about computers though.

Yes, you need to download the right version for your computer. Programs will not operate correctly if you don't.

Windows 32 bit is the same thing as 86x.
Anyways make sure you aren't running any background programs, your drivers are up to date and lower the games graphics if you are having troubles with fps.

Seems like it doesn't have a 32bit or 64bit copy, have you run windows updates and check if there are any latest drivers for your PC?
