Anybody have an idea how I can transfer the files to my drive without downloading all of it? I'm doing it so if the owner decides to delete it I can still read it in the future.

I want to copy the files to my own drive. So when the owner of the folder decides to delete it. I can still read it in the future.

Yes it will be added to your drive, but it wont make you the owner. If the owner deletes the files it will be gone from your drive to. Also If you do that it doesn't actually take up drive space since it's basically not yours yet.
If anyone is willing to download them all and put in a zip that'd be great. XD
