Nice idea, but you'd need a way to make sure that all of the recipients of the award weren't just inactive for all of that time.

Why would there be any need for another award when you already have the legends userbar and award?

Sounds fun. A good reward for founding members. No 6 month bullshit though. 1 year and 2 years. Hell, even 3 years.
