I knew a guy, who offerd a very nice service for Facebook.
Per 1K likes, it cost 1$. I don't know if his service will still be open. (and of course, i don't want to advertise him )

But the likes were not from Bot and etc. At this moment, my business developing page has 286K + likes.

I don't know the prices for promoting a page on FB, but i don't think that they will give you many thousands likes. (May be 5k-10k )

I think he's talking about the facebook advertising service. You can pay to have your page/post/group promoted in ads and what not through facebook, and people can decide to join - it doesnt just give him likes lol

But his question seems to imply that he's been using this service, however he hasnt paid for it through the service and he is wondering what will happen. Quite frankly though I dont think the page is actually getting promoted unless you top up your advertising account...

As far as I know, when you do facebook advertising you need to specify a budget for your campaign. So unless you were really drunk and you've set a enormous budget then there's not much to worry about.

I am using facebooks ads. Without the money to pay them. I have only spent 10$ but still. I have my paypal linked to it and my paypal has 1.53$. So is it by mistake that there still letting me spend? What will they do when they go to take out the 10.00$ and it's not there? It has only got me 50 likes and on another note does hitleap work with fcebook pages will it help me get likes ?

If you have a verified paypal account you can get a negative balance. In that case you will get a warning and your account won't be usable until you restore the balance. Also if you have your paypal account linked to your bank account you won't be able to use iit like that anymore. First you'll need to transfer money to your account or link it to a creditcard.
