I have found a VPN which claims that they dont keep any logs. There is no registration required. I tried it and successfully connected. Both PPTP and OpenVPN is available.

Usually if something seems to be too good to be true... it probably is. Not doubting you since you said you've successfully used it, but I've worked with several VPN's over the years and always had to pay a little something. I'll check it out though just for self validity.

Well this 93.115.83.250 is confirmed as proxy server. We cannot use this for paypal or buying anything online. I feel its not safe.

free usually comes with very little security, no matter what it is wheather it be computers or anything else in life. Free is always to good to be true
