There are some DLLs with Qt in their names. Such as in Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner. I want to know if they are compiled file which is written by python and using PyQt as their GUI module.

It has been bugging me for a while. And if that's done by PyQt, how do they managed to compile all of them to this number of files. I mean, if i compile a script in py2exe, there would be a bunch of files lying around.
