She was overdressed for the climate in two shirts, a jacket, jeans, sports bra, and a belt. She has two distinctive tattoos, one on each upper arm. One says "Semer Fi", one says “Fideli Certa Merces” and both have an eye in the middle of a cross. Deceased no more than one day when found.

Let me know if the photo doesn't work. Police contact number if you can identify her is: 512-854-9599

(You can think of this as your free time puzzle place.)

Methinks I'm going to stay away from the puzzles for a while.
Aside from which, you appear to have things handled in quite the lady like professionalism and my plate is way too full currently to be of any real help.

By the way thread moved to open discussion, as it has turned more into an discussion rather than a introduction.

Linuxephus, the one I have been working on long term and have gotten involved with the family makes me cry, often. I sometimes stay up all night working on it. I forget to eat and get the mail and so on. But I casually work on lots of them. The best I have ever done is locate a person on the "Most Wanted List". Haven't found a child or identified anyone yet. Sometimes you have to have what light-heartedness you can to keep doing it though. It's not disrespect at all. If there were disrespect one wouldn't keep doing it. It's hard work and there is no pay. And if one just looks there are endless miles of them, many which get no attention at all due to sometimes poverty, unimportance by society's standards, they were displaced and no one realized they went missing, etc. Every single one is God's child, and someone's child...no matter how old they are.

Devil in Red, I had already made the connection with the Marines, but yeah that's good thinking. On the other hand she could have been leaving with the boyfriend to go back north. See that's what I think happens. Family or friends thinks she is with the boyfriend, the boyfriend thinks she is with family or friends, etc. so no one is looking for her.

Gosh I have seen some that had their name on their hand tooled belt...a woman jumps off a bridge and throws two babies in with her...no one misses them. Pick somebody y'all and watch out for them, call them once a month, care about somebody nobody else cares about.

I will try to get her photo going in a Corpis Christi Marine circle if I can find one. Thanks.

(By the way I edit a lot because I'm too impatient to preview.)

It's no problem, and yes there are still many variables open within this case, however with the clothing this young lady is wearing she's not from Texas, and I just don't see some one killing her then putting clothes on...I really wish they would have released a picture of her face after death though...with it I could have easily found her facebook, because most likely that photo they used isn't accurate.

I'd also like to take note that she could have been homeless though and that she was murdered in the middle of night where that many clothes would have almost been an necessity, however she does not strike me as a homeless lady.

P.S Have the place Billy was staying at thoroughly investigated...

Oh there is no question that males picked the avatars in the gallery intended for women. Sheesh.

I think what they did was photo her after death and then photoshop it. That's the impression I got.

To your p.s., I think that's a no go. Big cover up. People put on "leave of absence". Can't talk to minors, corporate influen$e, all that. Complete roadblock.

I don't think she was homeless.

Keep working on the other one please. We have a church about to blanket the area with new flyers which is great news.

Eh...I had already marked this thread from my mind as no longer needing monitoring.
Which clearly indicates my currently befuddled late reply.
