Greetings HackCommunity, I installed Kubuntu on Windows 7 using Wubi.
When I boot Kubuntu I get this screen every time and I can only move cursor nothing more.

How can I fix this?

RE: Kubuntu problem #2
It's a driver problem open up a terminal by pressing (don't quote me as I cant remember, the exact keys) CTRL+ALT+F2 if you are using an Nvidia card use
Code:
sudo apt-get nvidia-current
*root password*

you will need to connected to the internet and leave this to complete if you cant see which I think you wont leave it for a couple of minutes then hit "y" and enter on your keyboard to accept the download then leave it again for half an hour or so to ensure everything installs then

Code:
sudo reboot
*root password*

Seems like a video driver issue.
Boot into grub mode and try booting with nomodeset.

Code:
gksudo gedit /etc/default/grub

Look for:
Code:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"

Add
Code:
nomodeset

Update your grub
Code:
sudo update-grub

have you tried:
Code:
sudo apt-get install fglrx fglrx-amdcccle
then
Code:
sudo amdconfig --initial -f

then try a reboot and see if that cures your problem

The worst thing you did was by using Wubi to begin with.
The simplest thing for you to do is Uninstall Kubuntu from with-in Window's 7 and replace it using the standard dual boot setup.
Kubuntu is always heavy on resources and is a much "happier camper" when booted stand alone (beside Windows versus from inside) versus sharing resources directly from with-in Window's 7.

@chmod

Thank you for help guys, I am going to re-intall it using standard dual boot setup as Linuxephus said.

Good.
That will remove any needless complications that arise from an "installer" that was primarily designed for Ubuntu and Ubuntu alone.
Not counting the minor modifications apparently made to allow Kubuntu to utilize the same "installation".
In this case, Wubi has introduced an undesirable affect with Kubuntu.
So you remove that complication by simply installing Kubuntu as a dual boot scenario instead.
And both operating systems live happily ever after.
