Since my other forum is no longer up, This was coded by Hellhound from RW. This botholder, coded in c# and have rc4 encryption(I think)

Whats a bot holder? Does it just hold your bots for transferring to other clients and selling or does it mean something else?

It is a bot for only holding and transferring. It is not counted as a loader because there is no advance download. It is very light and is very good with stability when download/executing.
And also encrypted like not %90 clients sold because they can not code

This is interesting. How much could a bot holder hold? Due to it small size and lack of feature I'd imagine it would hold more than a loader?

There is no theme is it is using less resources. It depends on your computer and your connection because it is running on a DNS. And a Loader would be the same as this. If i just added a Download to certain countries, it would not add too much more size.
If it is hosted on a more powerful host such as a Virtual Private Server(VPS)/Virtual Dedicated Server(VDS), then it would be different(Such as HTTP or IRC). It depends on your Modem/Router
