BackTrack 5 is not really meant as a 'main' operation system but I guess you could use it old on a older PC.

Yea I use my laptop (it runs on mint) most of the time but I have my desktop running BT if it's time to buckle down and get shit done lol

I'm considering going back to Mint on my laptop. I currently have Crunchbang and I just don't like it. :/

Eh. I normally install Openbox and tint2. I keep it very minimal
