so i want to get into programming without dependency's and so i have a few question's???

Does C have Dependency's?

Is code::block's or notepad++ enough to start coding?

Is it cross platform e.g. windows to linux if i wanted??

Could you do a major project with C e.g. make a real OS? with enough knowledge of course.
