Hello Everyone!
I decided to look trough some random stuff on my PC and I figured some usefull application: ScriptCriptor.
What it does: It's compiler for Visual Basic Scripts + Binder + Assembly Editor + Icon Setting

This is main TAB with code You will open.
Here You can set assembly info @ Your compiled file.
And here You can set ICON for application, set folder for extracting binded files or simply bind Your application with other stuff.

Those are false positives - You can run it @ Sandboxie, Anubis, Threatexpert.
That's becouse ScriptCriptor has binder abilities.
Installation:
1. Extract all files
2. Run "registration.reg"
3. Add registry key
4. Enjoy ScriptCriptor. It's registered now for HC
