Summary:

EXEscanner can scan and display over 6 types of executable programs, even if they do not have the file extension "exe".
It also has a basic Heuristics detection (which is often false-positive, and is therefore suggested to ignore unless you do not recognize the exe found, or the exe is in a hidden temporary directory.)

Note: Do not delete detected executables solely on Heuristics. EXEscanner is mainly to scan and display hidden executables.
Note 2: Double-clicking a List item will led you to the Executable's directory.

Scan your Temporary directories now, and maybe find hidden malwares.

It's technically not an AV, it has no database, it just helps you take a calculated guess on the executables it finds.
