Girlfriends 4 is being ridiculously slow as well. Not sure if its just that I'm used to phones being lightning fast or what, but it didn't seem to be as slow as it is now.

Apple needs you to buy new & "better" (<< A.K.A bigger & more expensive) phones, they have to make you do that somehow...

It depends how long she's had it and how much space is being used on it. I realise mine go slow after 2 years, even if theres literally 4GB of free space, it's basically getting old. I've never been able to recover from it after it goes slow.
