Well, I'm fairly sure if you calculate that, your argument doesn't hold true...
Though I see your point. Maybe if you count in that it had to be local back in the day?

It actually does. Although I'm not sure if it is actually the roman times; maybe the greek. The world has been around a lot longer than that anyway.
