Everyone who is a part of Legends will receive the discount, since we can differentiate who's part of it and it's one of the perks of being part of the Legends usergroup.

As for exchanging SP for an upgrade - most likely not, as the upgrades now cost money and trading SP for monetization is against the rules.

What I mean is if the discount will stay as long as we still haven't used it. Even for like a year or so. I'd like to hear the answer to my second question from Oni. Since it's not actually selling since the money will still go to the site, it's merely an "exchange". Not all of us here can afford to upgrade.

I don't really think @Oni would really be all that angry with it since you can buy SP with money, but it would be completely up to him. As for if it is allowed, I don't think many people would be willing to do that deal since there isn't anything interesting in the store right now other than the seasonal awards which are kinda boring. The only thing I want is the Over 9000 reward, that is something I am looking forward to in the future.

I kinda liked not paying for upgrades and just getting them through time spent on the forum making posts, but I guess if its to help keep Sinisterly alive I don't really mind.

Yeah, it was sarcasm. I'm fine with the advertisements but knowing that someone can just make an account and spend some money and be viewed as "better" than me or more "trustworthy" just because they have a gold or silver upgrade is what i don't like. I feel the rewards should be bought and the upgrades earned.

I admit it is but with more people and the updates i feel it will be less High Quality in the future.

Even if someone were to make a new account and purchase all three upgrades, that doesn't necessarily mean they'll be better or more trustworthy than a long-time standing member of the forum. I'd like to say that the community is pretty close knit and everyone knows each other due to their activities and discussions shared with the others - and if you still have any doubts, we also have our reputation system. I'd be more willing to make a deal with a normal member I've know for years than a fully upgraded one who just joined the other day.
