It's practically the same thing. I consider them the same, because it involves creativity and actually producing something. I don't want to name it Web Development, as there's a PHP section, and that might cause confusion.

You could rename the php category Tongue

Probably waiting to find out last second what sections have no submissions and post in there so they have no competition.
