It's pretty nice, and I love the footer, and the mobile support.

However, I think you could do something slightly more creative with the different topic menus and such, just a suggestion though (I have a bad habit of always wanting to do, and wanting others to do everything as original as possible)

Yellow and black would be a nice color scheme, but the yellow might be too bright a shade. The index looks nice and clean, but in my opinion a bit too clean; there could be some more going on in it.

It's that particular shade of yellow to match the original PC Master Race image, there'll be a colour picker implemented eventually.

I somewhat agree with it being too clean, last night I did some work to it and it looks a lot better in my opinion;

None of the theme was leeched from anywhere, if I remember correctly, your forum is DSX? Which, if it's the case, I've been using the stats style before your forum existed.

EDIT: I find it hilarious that your theme is essentially a customised LSX rip.

Thanks, and yes I did indeed, the theme even stemmed from a premium bootstrap theme I purchased quite a while ago, but was later on recoded with major adjustments.
