I don't use anything. I just don't be silly and download things that look suspicious

After EMET comes Comodo's AV and firewall products, as well as their HIPS system.
If I still manage to get pwned after that, I have DeepFreeze installed on my computer and the C: drive is frozen.
My bootloader is the TrueCrypt bootloader so I would assume I'd notice pretty quickly if anything touched my MBR to try to circumvent DF.
This is overkill for anyone. I work in a high-risk environment.

If I may need to run an untrusted executable, I also have VirtualBox with a master template entry [clean Windows 7], copy it and with disabled networking and very limited RAM, also any shared folders I may have will have to be set to Read-Only.
If anyone here REALLY wants to be secure, I suggest you read into Qubes-OS, a very powerful and secure Linux-based OS, it's security is based on Virtualization, almost all windows are run under mini-VM's, you can also run an entire OS using HVM's, it pretty much has multiple kernels, however it is a pain in the ass to get used to it.
