Ability to search members by reputation?

I think that we should have the ability to search for members via reputation. Partly since we already have a section for top rep, why not be able to see everybody's rep and where you rank on the site?

So what your saying is just like a custom php page with everyone name and rep?

If so that is certainly doable.
